Fans will be able to watch live games, especially football matches, via big screens during the upcoming SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games 2023 to be hosted by Cambodia.
“Due to limited spaces and as many people want to watch live games, there were reasonable requests to arrange live slideshows of forthcoming tournaments at the National Olympic Stadium and the Morodok Techo National Stadium,” said Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen in a special voice message this afternoon.
The Premier thus instructed the capital and provincial governors to make the arrangements as soon as possible by paying attention to good order.
Hundreds of people gathered at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh on Monday to get tickets for the match between Cambodia and Timor-Leste on Saturday.
The men’s football tournament will start on April 29, at 4 pm, at the National Olympic Stadium, ahead of the opening ceremony of the 32nd SEA Games, scheduled for May 5, 2023 at the Morodok Techo National Stadium in Phnom Penh under the presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
