The Vietnamese Embassy in Italy on May 9 held a hybrid seminar highlighting the international values of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on the occasion of its 70th anniversary (May 7, 1954-2024). The event saw the presence of representatives from the Italian Communist Party, the Italian Communist Refoundation Party, the French Embassy in the country, the Palermo University, and Vietnamese Honourary Consul in Turin city Sandra Scagliotti, among others.
