PM Says Cambodia Needs More Qualified Human ResourcesIndonesian President’s State visit to help deepen strategic partnership: diplomat

Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet said Cambodia needs more qualified human resources, that is why the Royal Government has decided to conduct strict education reform since 2014.

Education reform is a vision for a long-term sustainability of Cambodia’s development, stressed the Premier at a get-together with the 1,691 students who got their baccalaureate with grade A in the 2022-2023 academic year.

‘To build good human capital, it takes time and requires a large amount of investment,’ he said. ‘Cambodia has continued to give priority to build a strong Cambodian society.’

Besides, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet emphasised that reform is not an act of revolution, but based on the existing mechanisms for the national benefit.

Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister added that the education reform would not have achieved its goal if there was no participation from all stakeholders.
