The Philippines has expressed the interest of the Philippine business community in doing business in Cambodia in the areas of education and training, franchising, healthcare and wellness, construction, food, manicuring, etc.

The interest was revealed by H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to Cambodia while she was paying a courtesy call on H.E. Mrs. CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, at the ministry office this morning.

H.E. Ms. ambassador also thanked and appreciated the Royal Government of Cambodia, especially the Ministry of Commerce, which has always strived to create a conducive business environment for the Filipino business community conducting business in Cambodia.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the bilateral trade cooperation for both the bilateral and regional levels, and also exchanged views and ways on how to further enhance the bilateral trade cooperation in trade in goods and services.
