Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on August 9 worked with the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee on the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the resolution of the Hanoi Party Congress and the Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
