Nam Dan lotus opens tourism potential for Nghe An province


The central province of Nghe An’s Nam Dan lotus is well-known as a symbol of President Ho Chi Minh’s hometown – Sen village. For many years, the lotus has attracted visitors for its beauty and historical value. With the popularity of the lotus, Nam Dan district is targeting that by 2030, the district’s total lotus growing area will reach 500ha. Local government will also create value-added products for lotus, making sure it reaches OCOP standards for export and tourism services for the lotus.
