National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man had separate meetings with his counterpart from Singapore, Thailand and Belarus in Vientiane on October 19, on the sidelines on the ongoing 45th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-45).
