MoU to Promote and Increase Sales of Cambodian Products at Gas Stations Signed


Phnom Penh: The Ministry of Commerce and PTT (Cambodia) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to promote and increase sales of Cambodian products at PTT gas stations’ Caf© Amazon branches and convenience stores in the country. The signing ceremony was held here on Jan. 17 under the witness of H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, with participation from officials of the Ministry of Commerce and PTT (Cambodia).



According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, under the MoU, PTT (Cambodia) will collaborate to promote Cambodian products in the domestic market, supporting farmer communities, producers, artisans, and associations. This initiative aims to increase market opportunities and enhance the visibility of Cambodian products by displaying and selling them at PTT gas stations.



As of August 2023, there were 169 PTT Station branches with 231 Caf© Amazon branches and 65 convenience stores in Cambodia, according to the company’s website.
