A memorandum of understanding on organic bran processing manufacturing investment between Amru Rrice (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. and Stabil Nutrition LLC was signed in San Francisco, California, early this week.
The signatories were Oknha Song Saran, Chairman and CEO of Amru Rrice (Cambodia), and Michael Tarrasch, Chairman of Stabil Nutrition LLC, under the presidency of H.E. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister, First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).
The signed MoU is the basis for future cooperation in investment in the establishment of organic bran processing factory with the use of American machineries and technology.
Earlier, on Sept. 22. Oknha Song Saran, also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) and Mr. Patrick Murphy, Executive Vice President of Rice and Grains/Global Sourcing at Otis McAllister Inc., entered into a MoU on the Purchase and Sale of Cambodian Rice and Grain for Five Years, under which the CRF will supply high quality mille
d rice such as Phka Malis (jasmine rice), Sen Kro Ob (aka SKO) and SRO and some other varieties of milled rice with competitive prices and guaranteed timely delivery.
