The event, held this morning at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, focused on the theme ‘The Role of Media in Promoting Gender Equality and Preventing Violence Against Women.’

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the forum aims to underscore the critical role that media plays in advancing gender equality and addressing violence against women. It brought together key stakeholders from various sectors, including government officials, media practitioners, and representatives from civil society, to discuss strategies and share insights on effectively promoting gender equality through media platforms.
