Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil to Visit Cambodia This Week

H.E. Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, will pay an official visit to Cambodia from Oct. 10 to 12, at the invitation of H.E. Sok Chenda Sophea, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

During the visit, the Foreign Minister of Brazil will pay a courtesy call on Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, said a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued this evening.

H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Sok Chenda Sophea and H.E. Mauro Vieira will hold a bilateral meeting, aimed at charting a course of action to further promote and expand the existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries, including trade, investment, tourism, and technical cooperation as well as the cooperation in the multilateral fora, it added.

"The official visit of H.E. Mauro Vieira to Cambodia will be a new significant step, signifying both countries' commitment to strengthen and broaden the bonds of friendship and cooperation," stressed the press release.
