Vietnamese workers hold numerous opportunities in the high-tech labour market, but stronger efforts are still needed to improve their skills to meet employers’ demand. Vietnamese workers now can easily access jobs in other countries, work remotely, and gain attractive salary. Meanwhile, domestic and foreign companies in the country can also easily seek talents from around the world when the domestic labour market has yet to meet their demand.
