Phnom Penh: H.E. Mrs. Vandala Siphandone, spouse of H.E. Dr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, visited the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh this morning. She was accompanied by Cambodian First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony.
