A friendship exchange was held in Hai Duong city in the northern province of the same name to celebrate the 71th anniversary of the Attack on Moncada Barracks (July 26, 1953 – 2024). The event was organised by the Cuban Embassy in Vietnam, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) and the Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee.
