Former PM: Hun Sen to Live until Extremists are Eliminated from Cambodia

Former Prime Minister of Cambodia, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, who is the current President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, has reassured the public, especially the extremist opposition groups, about his good health.

On his social media networks this evening, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said that a little while ago, he received the information that extremist opposition groups disseminated news that his health is not good and he needs dialysis, and it is not sure whether or not he can return home.

‘I’d like to tell you [extremist opposition groups] that Hun Sen will continue to live until the extremists are eliminated from Cambodia,’ he underlined.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen also asked them to pay attention to their own health rather than thinking about his health.

At the same time, he shared some of his pictures with Japanese Prime Minister H.E. Fumio Kishida at the Japanese Government Building and expressed thanks to the Japanese Premier for taking time to warmly welcome him.

I’d like to thank H.E. Fumio Kishida for continuing to treat me as an old friend and received me with affection. I’d also like to thank all the friends who came to talk with me while I am in Tokyo,’ he said.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen added that he would arrive Cambodia tomorrow, Jan. 12, 2024, at around 2:00 pm.
