Phnom Penh: The Digital Platform Accelerator Programme Cohort 4 was officially launched on March 27, introducing selected startups that it will support to expand digital solutions support in priority sectors. Executive Director of Techo Startup Centre (TSC) H.E. Dr. Taing Nguonly chaired the launching ceremony with partners, including private sector representatives in attendance.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the launch officially welcomed ten selected startups that provide digital solutions to other businesses into the Digital Platform Accelerator Programme Cohort 4. The initiative will offer 12 weeks of support to these startups, including training, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and other digital infrastructure development assistance. This includes resources such as the Digital Payment Sandbox, CamDX, CamDigiKey, Khmer OCR, Semantic Search, Online Business Registration, the Startup Cambodia Platform, and an AWS Activate Portfolio valued up to US$5,000. Additionally, the program will facilitate connections with regional partners.
Digital Platform Accelerator Programme Cohort 4 is initiated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Techo Startup Centre, and the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation. This initiative is in collaboration with Khmer Enterprise, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, and investors from the private sector.
