Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) has sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
‘On behalf of the CPP Central Committee and on my own behalf, I would like to express my warmest congratulation to Your Excellency and through Your Excellency to all the officials, members of the Communist Party and the people of China on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,’ he wrote in his message dated Sept. 26.
On this auspicious occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen extended congratulations to China, under H.E. Xi Jinping’s strong leadership, for achieving impressive developments in all aspects.

The CPP president concluded his message with his best wishes of good health and continued success to H.E. Xi Jinping.
