Phnom Penh: The People’s Republic of China and UNICEF are joining hands to improve the health systems in Cambodia, focusing on clean water, sanitation, hygiene, and maternal and child health.
According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the update was shared by UNICEF yesterday, adding that during a recent visit to Rattanakiri province, representatives from the Chinese Embassy met with local communities to better understand their challenges.
The representatives witnessed the transformative impact of their support, which is helping to build a brighter future for children and families in Cambodia.
‘These efforts aim to ensure every child grows up healthy, thriving, and with access to essential services,’ underlined UNICEF.
