Cambodian students and education officials from the New Generation School (NGS) programme are joining the Belt and Road Youth Science and Cultural Exchange Event in Guangxi province, China.
The news was shared recently by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, noting that the event takes place from Sept. 19 to 25.
The delegation includes five students and two education officials of the NGS at Prek Leap, Russey Keo, and Phnom Penh Thmey Samdech Hun Sen high schools.
The event aims to strengthen cultural exchange, encourage youth’s creative thinking, and facilitate mutual study among scientists and teachers for their professional improvement.
The event is organised by the Children and Youth Science Centre of the China Association for Science and Technology in collaboration with the Guangxi Science and Technology Museum.
