Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, has been invited to pay an official visit to Brunei Darussalam, at the invitation of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
According to a recent message of the Sultan of Brunei to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the aim of the visit is to further deepen the friendship and long-standing relation between the two peoples and countries.
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei expressed his pleasure to see Samdech Techo Hun Sen during his recent visit to Cambodia, and thanked him for the warm welcome and excellent arrangements, including breakfast at Rosewood Hotel.

The Sultan of Brunei, accompanied by his son, Prince Mateen, paid a short visit to Cambodia on April 29-30, 2024 to have a breakfast with Samdech Techo Hun Sen whom he treats as his youngest brother.
