Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, received here at the Peace Palace this morning visiting Minister of Public Security of Vietnam H.E. Gen. To Lam.
On the occasion, H.E. Gen. To Lam expressed his strong belief that the Royal Government under the honourable leadership of Samdech Thipadei will achieve more brilliant achievements.
At the same time, he reaffirmed the Vietnamese side’s commitment to further strengthen and expand all-round cooperation between the two countries, especially in the political, economic and trade sectors.
H.E. Gen. To Lam stressed the need to further strengthen cooperation in the fields of national security, the fight against transnational crimes and drugs, and expand digital cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia.
For his part, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet expressed his pleasure and appreciation for the cooperation in all fields between the two countries, especially between the two mini
stries in the fight against cross-border crimes, as well as the expansion of digital cooperation.
In the meeting, both sides also welcomed the continued strengthening and expansion of cooperation in human resource capacity building through training and exchange of trainees in the areas of national security and public order.
