Cambodian Bodybuilder Secures Bronze Medal at International Championships in Maldives.


PHNOM PENH: Cambodian bodybuilder Mr. Khou Kheanghuy won a bronze medal in the Men’s Sports Physique over 180cm + 4Kg at the 15th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships 2024 in Addu City, Maldives. Mr. Tek Bunvy, President of the Cambodian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (CBFF), shared the good news via email on Nov. 10.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, Cambodian bodybuilding coach Ms. Amy S. Ham noted that Mr. Khou Kheanghuy had previously earned a bronze medal at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in South Korea and a gold medal at the 56th Asian Bodybuilding and Physics Sports Championships 2024 in Indonesia, where athletes from over 50 countries participated. She further highlighted that Mr. Khou Kheanghuy managed to maintain his medal-winning streak at the 15th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships 2024, despite the event being attended by even more countries than the previous championships in Indonesia.
