Cambodia PM Receives His Guinea-Bissau Counterpart

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received here at the Peace Palace this evening visiting H.E. Nuno Gomes Nabiam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

According to H.E. Sry Thamrong, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, Samdech Techo Hun Sen thanked H.E. Nuno Gomes Nabiam for accepting his invitation to pay a visit and to observe the National Election in Cambodia.

The Cambodian Premier pledged to dispatch an agriculture delegation to Guinea-Bissau to seek what Cambodia can help the country, and to his idea, he wanted to set up an area with an irrigation system and a nursery for high-yielding rice seeds and other agricultural crops.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen also suggested both sides sign agreements on agricultural cooperation and other sectors, including agreements on investment protection and visa exemption, especially on political consultations between the two countries to find potential sectors to boost their relations, during the upcoming visit of president of Guinea-Bissau to Cambodia.
