Phnom Penh: The 2nd Khmer Mixed Martial Arts 2025 for the Samdech Borvor Thipadei Trophy is set to be held at the Morodok Techo National Stadium in Phnom Penh from Oct. 16 to 19.

According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Permanent Vice President of the Commission on Affairs for the Samdech Borvor Thipadei Trophy, announced the event’s details, emphasizing that the Morodok Techo National Stadium is an ideal venue that symbolizes the progress of national sports.

H.E. Vath Chamroeun highlighted the stadium’s significance as a prime location for hosting such a large-scale national event. He stressed the importance of the event as an opportunity for athletes to enhance their skills, gain knowledge from one another, and foster camaraderie among participants.

The permanent vice president also urged athletes to prepare thoroughly for the competition and encouraged coaches to provide guidance and support to their athletes. Starting in 2026, the Khmer Mixed Martial Arts for the Samdech Borvor Thipa
dei Trophy will take place in various provinces on a rotational basis.
