Party General Secretary and President To Lam presented the first-class Labour Order to the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) during a ceremony in Hanoi on September 17 marking its 75th founding anniversary.
In his keynote speech, Lam praised the HCMA’s achievements over its 75-year history, stressing the academy’s vital role in training and nurturing Party and political leaders at all levels.
