The Central Public Security Party Committee (CPSPC) convened its mid-year conference in Hanoi on July 4 to deliberate on authorised matters. Attending the conference, President To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh who are both members of the CPSPC’s standing board, commended the notable achievements of the CPSPC and the Ministry of Public Security in recent times.
