Cambodia Bags Three More Medals from World Series Europe 2024


Cambodian Jet Ski athletes on July 28 won three more medals, including a gold, a silver and a bronze, at the World Series Europe 2024 in Poland.

The gold medal was grabbed by Mr. Saly Filin in Expert Runabout 1100 Super Stock category, while the silver and bronze medals by Mr. Min Mustan and Mr. Saly Oumoeut in Novice Runabout 1100 Stock and Pro Sport GP, respectively.

On the same day, Mr. Saly Oumoeut also got a silver medal in Pro Am Runabout 1100 Open event.

Earlier on July 27, two other national Jet Ski athletes of Cambodia – Mr. Kay Vansiden and Mr. Min Osman – won a gold medal and a silver medal, respectively in Novice Ski Stock event.

The World Series Europe 2024 took place in Ostrow Warcki, Poland from July 24 to 28. It is the first round of the WGP#1 Waterjet World Series, Season 2024.

The second round of the WGP#1 Waterjet World Series, Season 2024 will be held in Lake Havasu city, USA from Oct. 7 to 13, while the third or final round is scheduled for Dec. 11-15 in Pattaya city, Thailand.

In
the final round of the WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2023 organised from Dec. 13 to 17 in Bangkok, Thailand, Cambodian jet ski athletes won four medals – one silver and three bronze.

Mr. Min Mustan obtained the silver medal for Expert Ski GP, while the three bronze medals were earned by Mr. Saly Filin in Roundabout 110 Limited, and Mr. Min Osman and Mr. Kay Vansiden in Novice Ski Stock.
